Important! Your GPS will likely take you to the front of the building, which is the pedestrian entrance. If driving, you should use the parking garage entrance as your destination (306 E. 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28244).
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to validate tickets from other parking lots or garages.
FULL GARAGE: Patients can park in the Charlotte Plaza garage even if there is signage indicating that the lot is full and only available for monthly parkers. Proceed to the gate and press the assistance button on the ticket machine. A parking attendant will come out and let you into the garage once you notify them that you are our patient.
Also be aware that, if using the WAZE app for navigation, it will say we are located on the right but we are actually LOCATED ON THE LEFT WHEN COMING FROM 4th STREET.
