This is a beautiful office with an efficient staff that I've been going to for a couple years now. Unfortunately, I've had an experience with deceptive and unfair pricing and lack of transparency. As I don't currently have outside dental insurance, I signed up for their monthly in-house plan to cover my twice annual cleanings. I made sure to ask when I signed up if there was any long-term commitment, and they assured me that there wasn't and I would be able to cancel at any time without penalty. When the monthly price of the plan increased (I also moved away from Uptown-so the location was no longer convenient), I asked to cancel my plan, and was told that I owe $400 for my last basic cleaning, an amount that I never in a million years would have agreed to. They are essentially charging me an outrageous penalty to cancel my monthly plan. Communication and transparency are vital at any dentist, so I'd go elsewhere.

By far the best dental practice in Charlotte. Dr. Glidewell has been my dentist since opening in Charlotte plaza and now she treats my children. They respect your time, no long waits. Very professional and it doesn't hurt to walk into a well designed waiting room either. I would recommend Kalons and Glidewell to all my friends and family without hesitation. Kalons and Glidewell you ROCK!

Wow! In a time where service seems to be declining, KK&G made my first visit to their office great. I would say enjoyable, but it is a dentist office so I really appreciated the fact that they were friendly, flexible, fast, and thorough. Best experience that I have had in a long time!
