I was visiting Charlotte from out of town and was having the worst tooth pain I’ve ever had. I called this office and they got me in immediately because of a cancellation. They were so responsive to my comments of pain and adjusted their care as the appointment went on. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond starting with the admin and continuing with the hygienist and the dentist. The doctor recommended a path of treatment which I am on now and already the pain has at least partially decreased.
