I've been a patient for a few years, and was recently reminded of why I keep going back. I had a tooth cleaning scheduled on a Friday; I also had a tooth that had just started bothering me. At the time, the tooth pain was mild. They gave me a referral for an endodontist. Over the weekend, my face started to swell and the pain increased. I left a message on a Sunday for Dr. Grewal. She texted me back almost immediately, looked at my chart, and then called in a prescription for me. I was able to start to get relief until I could get on the schedule with an endodontist. Above and beyond!
