I started at this Kalons and Glidewell about several years. They are very professional, friendly and excellent dentists. They did find a cyst in my mouth which was benign. I have also used these dentists for teeth whitening.

I would like to give this place a better rating but unfortunately I can't. Everyone here was really nice and did great work. The issue though was when my husband and I originally called and asked if our insurance was covered they said yes. When we went there we ask again, they said yes. Come to find out after our 4th appointment with them our insurance was not covered which left us with Double the cost of what we had already spent. Although we didn't have to pay it all once, the mistake was a costly one for my family. The owner did reach out to us to make things right and we appreciate that.

The office is beautiful, and the dentists themselves are very professional. I first came to Dr. Kalons and Glidewell for an emergency appointment. After, I was scheduled for a full exam, where the hygienist 'lost' my x-rays and had to do them all twice. From there they determined I would need a cleaning that was wildly expensive, and wouldn't be fully covered by insurance. When I went to get this cleaning, I was called 8 minutes before the appointment, and the front desk receptionist left me a voicemail saying that I owed $125 for my exam, and would be paying $400 for my cleaning. When I called back I was told that my insurance was not accepted, even though I had already verified with my insurance and the original receptionist. Being that my appointment was only 8 minutes out, I decided to go in anyway, where the receptionist told me that she took the money off 'for my benefit,' though the other receptionist said loud enough that it was originally coded wrong. Overall, the receptionist was incredibly snarky, tried to cover things up instead of apologizing. She would not let me speak to the dentist about the cleaning and my concerns even though I had an appointment, so I left and will not be back.

This is my favorite dentist office! Everyone is so friendly, attentive and helpful. As an interior designer, I must say that the space itself is absolutely beautiful. Definitely not your typical dentist office, but much better!
